Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain and update employee records
Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR-related documents
Support daily HR operations and internal coordination
Requirements
1–6 months of experience or academic background in HR or Business Administration
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge and understanding of HR concepts and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
