Human Resources Intern

Position Title: Intern (Pro Bono)

Location: Mumbai - Dadar/Lower Parel

Qualification: Graduated with a bachelor’s degree

Internship Duration: 6 months (Full-time) - Laptop will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Maintain ownership of the sourcing process from identification through screening and handover to recruiters.

- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

- Stay current with sourcing tools, techniques, and talent trends relevant to professional services.

- Perform additional sourcing-related tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
