Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core HR processes and practical learning in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Support HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit letters
Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR MIS reports
Support payroll coordination by collecting and validating employee data
Assist with HR policies, SOPs, and compliance-related documentation
Respond to basic employee HR queries under supervision
Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks as assigned
