Your job:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple recruitment platforms
