Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead core people operations for a growing industrial distribution organization in Westfield, Indiana. This position combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution across onboarding, employee support, benefits, compliance, training, and payroll. The ideal candidate will help create a consistent employee experience, strengthen HR practices across locations, and support workforce integration related to acquisitions while maintaining operational reliability.
