Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a manufacturing operation in Wisconsin through a long-term contract assignment. This position will oversee core HR functions including payroll, recruiting, benefits administration, employee onboarding, and workplace relations for a growing team. The role also offers the opportunity to establish more consistent HR processes, strengthen talent development efforts, and partner with leadership to create an organized and employee-focused environment.
