Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a Virginia workforce in a fully onsite Contract role. This position will oversee a broad range of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee support, onboarding coordination, payroll collaboration, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of HR compliance, performance management, leave processes, and reporting, along with hands-on experience using an HRIS platform in a fast-paced environment.
