Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead core people operations and provide strategic HR support for the agency in Baltimore, Maryland. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen employee engagement, support compliant HR practices, and drive consistent talent management processes.
