Job Description
Purpose Statement: To support and partner with team members and company management in facilitation of activities and programs to provide a high-performance, continuous improvement, engaging culture and to provide day-to-day operational administration and support for the Human Resources (HR) function. May lead the work and provide direction to other generalists and coordinators.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Oversee the implementation and administration of HR programs in areas such as recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee training and development, compensation, benefits, records management, safety and health, succession planning, and compliance.
- Make enhancements and facilitate meetings for training, onboarding, and exit interviews, and explain relevant compensation/benefit programs to new hires or existing employees.
