Human Resources Generalist-Part time

Masis Staffing is seeking an HR Generalist for a local non-profit in the Holyoke, MA area. This position will be between 30-40 hours per week with a pay rate of $25-$28/HR, depending on experience.

This position will be a contract role with strong potential to become a long-term permanent role.

You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas : benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance.
