Position: Human Resources Generalist

Position Type: Direct Hire

Location: Morristown

Hours: 9-5pm (hybrid remote/onsite)

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000

Our client owns and operates power plants within the US. The HR Generalist role will support onboarding, benefits, payroll and standard HR functions for multiple power plants. Great opportunity for a strong payroll and benefits individual with capacity to do light employee relations.

What the HR Generalist is responsible for:

· Liaison between Plant Administrators and Human Resource Department

· Maintain employee electronic and hard copy files for companies

· Answering employee questions regarding payroll and human resources matters.
