**Job Description:**

**Position Summary:**

This position will serve as an internal customer support business partner for the production plant. This will include full cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, company activity planning, payroll, and employee records. Ensuring accuracy and legal compliance both federally and state. Provides internal support and partnerships to business lines. Responsible for providing day-to-day professional HR support and policy administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle (e.g. hiring, training, employee relations).

**Scope and Function:**

+ Recruiting for all production roles
+ Onboarding and new hire orientation
+ Hiring employees into the HRIS system with accuracy
+ Assisting with FMLA, WA PFML state programs
