We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This is a newly created direct-hire position that plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate is both people-focused and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
+ Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and system updates.
+ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
