The ideal candidate will be assisting in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

• Provide HR support and advice to employees and reporting managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner, with regards to leaves, medical insurance, leave travel allowance, ticket bookings, hotel bookings, visa support, etc.
