Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Process and support bi-weekly payroll activities and related reporting
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, enrollments, and leave management
- Support recruiting efforts for both operational and professional-level positions
- Assist with employee relations matters and policy administration
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
- Partner with leadership on onboarding, employee engagement, and HR best practices
- Support workers’ compensation and leave-of-absence processes
- Assist with audits, reporting, and additional HR/administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Experience supporting payroll processing and HR administration
