About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations at a fast‑paced 3PL warehouse facility. This role is responsible for delivering full‑cycle HR support to a high‑volume, hourly workforce while ensuring compliance with Ontario labour laws and company policies. You will be a key partner to operations leadership, driving employee engagement, performance management, and HR best practices on the warehouse floor.
