Human Resources Generalist

Description We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of people operations in Massachusetts. In this role, you will work closely with HR leadership and business partners to strengthen hiring practices, employee support, performance processes, and compliance efforts. This position is well suited for an HR specialist who can balance day-to-day execution with initiatives that improve engagement, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR leadership to deliver core human resources support across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
