HR Generalist (iGaming Industry)
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join growing iGaming team. This role requires a hands-on professional who understands the fast-paced nature of the iGaming industry and can support both operational and strategic HR processes.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory due to daily communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and employees.
Onsite - Puchong, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, performance review, offboarding
Support recruitment process
Draft and update HR policies and internal documentation
Handle payroll coordination and compensation processes
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal regulations
Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
