REQUIREMENTS:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:-
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.
Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding:-
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture. Process employee off-boarding and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
Employee Relations and Engagement:-
