Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

+ Going to serve as the primary onsite HR contact for a manufacturing facility

+ Will be supporting ~78 employees in the shop

+ Main responsibilities include payroll support, benefits, leave administration, recruiting and employee services

+ Goal of this placement is to bring back the basics in the HR department

+ Will be running payroll (i.e. handling all exceptions and adjustments & payroll will actually submit it)

+ Will assist with hiring and terminating individuals in the system (Paycom)

+ Responsible for benefits open enrollment and life changing events (will work with broker on this)

+ Assisting hiring managers with hiring -- posting job template on Indeed, scheduling calls / interviews, and coordinating teams to meet with the candidate

Qualifications

+ 3-5+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience
