Join a growing manufacturing team as the primary HR point of contact supporting ~80 employees. This is a hands-on role focused on strengthening core HR operations during a period of transition.
What You’ll Do

+ Serve as the onsite HR lead, managing payroll support, benefits, leave, and employee relations

+ Support recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, interview coordination, and system updates (Paycom)

+ Lead benefits administration, including open enrollment and life event changes

What You Bring

+ 3–5+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience with payroll, benefits, and compliance

+ Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp, and wage & hour regulations

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
