Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to assigned locations and leadership teams
- Partner with managers to support employee relations, performance management, coaching, and team development initiatives
- Conduct and manage employee investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns in a fair and compliant manner
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across multiple locations
- Coach managers on employee communication, accountability, performance expectations, and difficult conversations
- Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and organizational growth initiatives
- Collaborate with operational leadership to improve employee experience and strengthen workplace culture
