The HR Generalist provides HR support for the U.S. facility and serves as a key partner to site leadership. This role delivers guidance on employee relations and compliance while ensuring alignment with broader North American HR practices. The position works independently, supports cross-border initiatives, and contributes to HR process improvements across Canadian and U.S. operations.
