Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for junior positions while ensuring smooth HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, and compliance. This role plays a key part in providing a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (TA Delivery)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for junior-level positions, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
• Support hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment updates.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
