In this role, you will work as a well-rounded HR professional helping PSI recruit talent, streamline onboarding and training for clinical research professionals, and support all personnel-related matters. You will partner with Country Management and work closely with colleagues and counterparts from other offices worldwide and quickly adjust to a growing company.

The scope of responsibilities will include:
HUMAN RESOURCES 
Manages pre-employment formalities and ensures all local requirements are met at point of employment.
Maintains employee benefits administration and supports with employee queries resolution.
Maintains and updates HR policies, HR files and work agreements in accordance with local rules and regulations.
Supports Country Manager with all HR-related matters and ensures compliance of local requirements.
