Responsibilities
- Support Daily HR Operations: Handle attendance verification, work‑hour updates, entitlements and staff movement records to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing while maintaining consistent data flow across departments.
- Workforce Data Management: Monitor manpower information, maintain updated employee details and prepare routine workforce reports to support internal decision‑making and operational planning.
- Monthly Compensation Processing: Compile verified work records, allowances and deductions to support accurate and timely monthly compensation execution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Coordinate recruitment activities, prepare documentation, manage onboarding requirements and update employment movements to ensure smooth transitions throughout each stage of the employee lifecycle.
