Responsibilities

• Screening & shortlisting – Reviewing resumes, conducting initial HR interviews
• Interview coordination – Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing interview feedback.
• Hiring manager coordination – Understanding manpower needs, job descriptions, timelines, and expectations.
