Responsibilities
Assisting the Human Resource Manager in managing and executing the overall HR functions in accordance with the statutory requirements and the company's policies and procedures, namely, but not limited to:
- Recruitment and Placement.
- Compensation and Benefits.
- Training & Development.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management from recognized university or related fields.
- Minimum FIVE (5) years of relevant working experience in the same position.
- Must have experience in processing employees' salaries and statutory payments using HR2000 software.
- Have experience with HRD Corp. requirements and claims process.
- Familiar with ISO standards requirement in relation to HR.
- Willing to work overtime as and when the need arises.
