Human Resources Executive

About The Role

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and digitally-savvy HR professional to join our team. This is not a traditional HR role; you will be the right-hand person to the Group HR Manager in driving our HR Transformation Program. You will bridge the gap between human resources and technology - helping us map processes for system automation, clean and migrate data, and stress test new operational flows, all while maintaining high standards of HR integrity.

What You Will Do

HR Transformation & Digital Readiness

• Process Mapping & Logic Design: Collaborate with the Group HR Manager to map out manual HR workflows and translate them into clear logic charts/flowcharts to support system automation.
• Data Integrity & Migration: Lead the cleanup of employee data (Excel master lists, physical files) to ensure 100% accuracy before migration to new digital platforms.
