Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance management and employee development activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks and provide support on employee-related matters.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
