Job Summary
The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function across the organization. This includes strategic planning, recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, training, and policy development. The HR Director acts as a strategic partner to executive leadership and ensures that HR initiatives support organizational goals and comply with applicable regulations.
