Human Resources Director - Onboard Cruise Ship

In partnership with Senior Officers and Department Heads, the Shipboard HR Manager is responsible for the implementation of Human Resources processes and procedures, across all departments. This is included but not limited to: Employee Relations, Employee Communication, Training & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Training, Coaching & Counselling, Quality of Life and Employee Experience. The are responsible for directing, leading and managing all functions of the Human Resources Department onboard.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing leadership in the area of employee relations; internal guidance and assistance to Senior Officers, Department Heads and Shipboard Managers on human resources issues.
