Job Description
- Independently complete full-cycle recruitment of local Filipino employees, including talent sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation and onboarding procedures
- Take charge of daily attendance checking, attendance data statistics and verification for local construction staff, ensure accurate and standardized attendance records
- Manage local employee salary calculation, salary data verification, payroll sorting and related salary settlement work
- Maintain good employee relations, handle daily HR affairs, and assist in standardized local team management
- Cooperate with management team to implement company HR rules and project site management requirements
