Human Resources Business Partner

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner for IT/Technology Team
• Exposure in Project Management, Change Management, Business Partnering
• Stakeholder / Client Management: exposure dealing with Global leaders and organization

Responsibilities

• :Under the management of the Senior HR Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the conduct and implementation of legally acceptable Human Resources management functions across programs in one site
• .He/She will serve as the Team leader and will provide people management responsibilities including staff hiring, development, performance management for all business partners in the TELUS work site
