About the Role

The International HR Business Partner supports operations across Europe and Asia, serving as both a strategic partner and a hands‑on HR leader. The role works closely with global leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring compliance with local employment laws. The position supports Non‑U.S. locations including the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, India, and Singapore. The role is based in the UK and reports to the HR Director in the United States.
