Salary: up to £60K subject to experience

T2M Resourcing are working with a specialist engineering business looking to expand their team with a HR Business Partner. This role is ideally a 12-month FTC however consideration will also be given to candidates seeking a permanent opportunity.

Reporting into the Managing Director, the business is seeking a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting its strategic objectives. This position will provide expert HR guidance and operational support, combining strategic insight with a hands‑on approach to delivery.
