About the Role Helsinn Birex Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People & Engagement team. Reporting to the Head of People & Engagement, the HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting the delivery of people initiatives that drive business performance, employee engagement, and organisational growth. This is a broad HR Generalist role with responsibility across the full employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HR Systems, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
