Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
LOCATION: Guelph, ON (hybrid - 2 days/week in office) Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will have hybrid functions between managing the employee base in Quebec comprised of 150 employees and also HR operations. This is a mid-level HRBP position requiring 5+ years experience at the HRBP level with proven track record of partnering in-depth with leaders and a strong coaching skill set plus sufficient experience working in tasks/projects related to HR operations. Partner with leaders as a trusted HR advisor across employee relations, performance, engagement, talent, compensation, and change. Coach managers to build strong leadership capability and drive a high-performance culture. Support employee relations cases including conflict resolution, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
