Human Resources Business Partner, AMZL - PXT

The MEXCT HRBP provides support to Amazon Operations team by partnering with senior stakeholders on the country-related business and people agenda, and manages country-wide projects independently. This role is a key partner in driving people strategies across multiple sites in Mexico, with a strong focus on our hourly workforce and operational excellence.

• Applies understanding of Leadership Principles and values when consulting with employees, managers and site PXT (i.e.: time and attendance, payroll, terminations, promotions)
• Initiates and supports site leadership (Ops and PXT) across multiple locations to develop and sustain a strong, inclusive culture aligned to Amazon's standards
