Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across the employee lifecycle—from manpower planning and recruitment to talent development and retention.Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and guidelines aligned with business objectives.Serve as a trusted HR advisor to Management on Employment Act matters, best practices, government initiatives, IR issues, and workforce planning.Talent & Performance Management
