Role Summary
We’re looking for an Associate – Human Capital Innovation Office to help shape the future of work at Ossus.
This role sits at the intersection of people strategy, organisational design, and sustainability-driven talent systems. You’ll support initiatives that reimagine how we attract, grow, and engage world-class talent while building a deeply inclusive and impact-driven culture.
This isn’t traditional HR; this is people innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design and rollout of next-generation talent initiatives, including workforce planning, capability mapping, and leadership development.
- Analyse workforce data to generate insights on engagement, performance, and cultural health.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Bio Ops, ESG) to embed people strategy into business decisions.
