We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our Home Health segment in the Richmond area. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless transition for new hires, from the finalization of the offer through their first day of orientation.

This is a 3-month contract position (06/08/2026 – 09/07/2026) with the potential—though no guarantee—to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Position Overview

• Compensation: starting at $21.00 / hour (increase due to overall exp)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: 100% Onsite (8751 Park Central Dr, STE 140, Richmond, VA 23227 )
• Primary Focus: Pre-hire logistics, onboarding compliance, and clinical licensure review.
