Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources.
- English proficiency 90%.
- Proficiency in Office software.
- Manage personnel files and keep them updated in physical and digital formats.
- Prepare reports on area indicators (turnover, absenteeism, incidents, etc.).
- Payment of services, preparation of employment certificates.
- Proof of seniority, employment agreements.
- Processing for employee benefits and allowances (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.).
- Carry out the administrative process for employee terminations with the IMSS.
- Address staff requirements and requests related to HR.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Recruitment and Selection – Job Descriptions (mandatory).
- Hiring and Personnel Administration.
- Staff Termination.
