Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peshawar for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will provide support in various HR-related tasks including maintaining employee records, assisting with the administration of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting benefits administration, coordinating employee training sessions, and assisting with the use and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role requires strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
