Job Duties
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and calculation.Support on daily C&B duties and administration.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and filing records.Compile statistics and prepare various HR regular reports.Draft HR correspondences, letters, forms and announcements.Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc projects. Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.Fresh graduate is welcomed or recent graduate with around 1 year experience.Basic knowledge of HK employment related ordinances and employment practices.Active team player with cheerful personality, proactive, energetic.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
