Human Resources Advisor (Talent Aquisition)

South Country Co-op is hiring a Human Resources (Talent & Culture) Advisor at our Business Support Centre, in Medicine Hat, AB. 

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, the Talent & Culture Advisor plays a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent across the organization. This position leads full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives while partnering closely with leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management strategies. 

As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance and support to leaders across both unionized and non-unionized locations on recruitment best practices, collective agreement interpretation, employment legislation, human rights, and organizational policies.
