The Role

A true generalist position , supporting across HRBP, Resourcing, Reward and Learning — with a strong focus on driving consistency, improving processes, and using data to shape decisions .

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Managing and advising on ER cases (disciplinary & grievance)
