Green SM is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions in the Norway. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our company values.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Ensure full compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, offboarding, and labor dispute resolution
- Administer HR documentation including AEP/9G visas for expatriates, PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG contributions
- Coordinate payroll processing with Finance and manage employee benefits, leave credits, and statutory contributions
