VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER Our member who is in the floriculture industry business located in Timau, seeks to fill the position of Human Resource Officer that has arisen in their company. The position reports to the director. The member is a large-scale agricultural and floriculture enterprise specializing in the production and global export of premium fresh-cut flowers and high-yield agricultural produce with a workforce of over 500 permanent and seasonal employees. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition & Seasonal Labor Management -Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for permanent, contractual, and large-scale seasonal/casual workers.
