Job Title: People Operations Manager Location: Onsite - Shelbyville, Tennessee Overview of Role: National Pen is looking for a People Operations Manager to be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function in a manufacturing environment and will also lead the full-cycle recruitment efforts. Works closely with key management to ensure appropriate support is provided to the operations of the facility. Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.
